We are proud to announce that the Confident collection is the first and only manufacturer of interdental toothbrushes in Iran, producing 4 types of interdental toothbrushes, including ISO 1 (0.45 mm - orange color), ISO 2 (0.5 mm - red color) and ISO 3 ( ISO4 (0.7mm-yellow) is used according to doctor's prescription for people who have had orthodontics and implants.
As a matter of fact, a study from the National Center for Biotechnology Information has shown that when used together with toothbrushing, interdental brushes are more effective in removing plaque than floss. You can stick with flossing, or you can see if interdental brushes are the right fit for your teeth.
As to how many times can you reuse an interdental brush, well that really depends on how it is looking. If the bristles start to look worn or shabby, or if the wire starts to fatigue (bend or twist), we recommend you throw it out and replace it with a new one. Often an interdental brush may only last for 1-2 weeks.
If there are spaces between teeth or loss of gum attachment from periodontal (gum) disease, we normally prescribe interdental brushes (TePe), which are small brushes that can clean between teeth.
An alternative to dental floss, interdental brushes are designed for cleaning between the teeth, below the gum line and around appliances (e.g. bridges and braces).
