Kaolin, code KN-133, is one of the products currently being exploited in Niusht mine. This code, with a relatively high percentage of aluminum, is currently used in Varamin brick factories to produce light yellow to chamotte-colored refractory bricks.
In addition to the use of single or combined soil in the production of refractory bricks, this soil is used as a filler in brick factories due to its technical properties.
What is a general wing?
Balkali is a type of clay, similar to kaolin, and it differs from kaolin in having high plasticity and less resistance to heat. The general composition of calculi often includes 20-80% kaolinite, 10-25% mica and 6-65% silica (quartz). Also, the second most important material with high plasticity in the ceramic industry, after kaolin, is balclay.
