Marble is one of the natural treasures of our planet. Surfaces made from different marbles have graced homes, buildings and high art since Ancient times. In nature, marbles begin life as a limestone. When exposed to high temperatures and intense geological pressure, re-crystallisation occurs. Calcite, fossilised materials and carbonate emerge, changing the limestone into a marble.
Marble performs well as a solid surface in many applications. It can last many lifetimes as a benchtop, vanity, office fit out, wall covering, floor tiles and more.
