Mazand Phil Company was founded in 1992 by Mohsen Raghimi with the aim of producing fully automatic packaging machines and preventing the import of similar machines. The production of glass filling machines was one of the first projects undertaken by this company, and with the efforts of the employees of this group, the first machine was installed and launched in Kale company in 1992. From the beginning of the company's activity, it has been on the agenda to build a machine with an easy mechanism and low price. In continuation of this policy, until 2001, the company gained valuable experience in the field of glass packaging by producing 500 rotary filling machines.
