Pakdaman Lahiji, Hormoz who was the founder of cookie industry started his work by producing and selling traditional cookies in a store from 1950. Then, following the consumers' interest, Pakdaman made preparations for the establishment of cookie manufacturing plant. In 1956, he applied to register "Naderianfard" company and choose Stag logo as well as Naderi, which is now very famous in international market, as its trademark.
