Order Registration Rules on the Mallmir Online Trade Platform

1. Providing Accurate Information:

Users are required to provide precise and complete information when placing an order. Any mistakes in the provided information are the user's responsibility.  

2. Order Cancellation or Modification: 

Users can cancel or modify their orders only if the processing has not yet begun. Once processing has started, requests will be reviewed and handled according to the platform’s policies.  

3. User Responsibility:

Before placing an order, users must carefully review the specifications of the desired product or service. Any disputes arising from neglecting the provided details are the user's responsibility.  

4. Acceptance of Terms:

Placing an order on Mallmir signifies the user's acceptance of all terms and conditions of the platform.  

5. Seller’s Responsibility and Credibility: 

If there is no official contract with Mallmir, verifying the seller’s background, credibility, and the authenticity of the transaction is entirely the buyer’s responsibility. Mallmir holds no liability in such cases.

1. Privacy Protection: Users' information is displayed only for purposes related to buying and selling on the platform, and unauthorized use is prohibited.  

2. Access Restrictions: Users only have access to the necessary information for transactions (such as name and contact details, if allowed).  

3. Responsible Use: Any misuse of user information, including collection, storage, or distribution without permission, is considered a violation and may result in legal action.  

4. Information Security: Mallmir is committed to protecting user data and will take necessary actions in case of any security breaches.  

5. Reporting Violations: If you notice improper use of user information, you can report it to Malmir support. 

Seller’s Responsibility and Credibility: If there is no official contract with Mallmir, verifying the seller’s background, credibility, and the authenticity of the transaction is entirely the buyer’s responsibility. Mallmir holds no liability in such cases.
