Advanced laser optical heads of LH-110 series and unique UniCut software allow for optimizing manufacturing processes and applying equipment in the most efficient way. A wide range of automated units, such as shuttle (dual pallet) systems and tube cutting modules, is one of the main system features.
We use up-to-date fiber lasers which minimize the operational costs. Our smooth running service makes the machines work and bring profit twenty-four hours a day.

Laser
LC Master fiber lasers represent some undeniable advantages compared to other types of lasers. First of all, the lasers do not require any maintenance as they are located in an entirely sealed body. This excludes any contamination and allows our customers to cut down costs on the high-skilled service staff and consumables. Secondly, fiber lasers are the most reliable among the existing ones. Their operating lifetime exceeds a decade. Finally, an output emission of fiber lasers has a high quality and stabile beam parameters. In addition to the above, the laser is ideal for cutting highly-reflecting materials, such as latten, aluminium, copper, galvanized and stainless steel, and making a metal engraving.
Beam delivery
A beam is delivered by a fiber-optic path without mirrors. Thus an amount of necessary consumables is minimized. The fiber system is absolutely reliable; its lifetime can be compared to the laser itself.
Arrangement and design
We pay special attention to the arrangement and design of the equipment. All parts (a laser unit, cooling unit, automation cabinet, etc.) are combined in one complex which leads to saving valuable meters of production facilities, perfect organizing of production operations and increasing reliability of the laser cutting machine. The separate working table and coordinate system, however, allows for cutting shaped and round tubes, bended or welded structures, and working out other non-standard solutions. Edgy design outlines the whole production process.
Workpiece loading
An opportunity to install power-operated units on three sides of the cutting table is the main feature of LC Master. It enables to organize simple and convenient loading of tubes and rolled material. LC Master can be optionally equipped with a shuttle table which facilitates operation and greatly improves efficiency. The shuttle table includes two pallets which are alternately moved to the cutting area. It enables to provide loading / unloading operations on the running machine.
Machine bed
The machine bed is an all-welded structure with subsequent machining. It combines a high accuracy of production, rigidity, reliability and long life. To withstand high dynamic loads the structure is additionally made heavier.
Gears and drives
Ensuring movement of the coordinate system mechanical components and drives are the crucial parts of the machine. Laser cutting machine LC Master is equipped with high power and speed maintenance-free linear drives.
Lubrication system
Moving parts of any machine require regular lubrication; they are often covered with protective casings at high quality equipment which is, however, limiting the access. To work this issue out Unimach® has equipped the machines with the centralized lubrication system and maintenance timer. A CNC stand notifies an operator about the time to lubricate machine parts. Dismantling of protective casings is not required, because an operator simply needs to supply a lubricant from the central control panel and confirm it by entering the service password.
Cooling system
LC Master is equipped with the water / air cooling system providing a perfect solution for machine cooling and reducing expenses for water consumption.
Gas supply system
It’s crucial to ensure that technical gas blowing of the cutting area maintains the constant pressure during metal cutting. We offer a perfect solution – the pneumatic system of LC FO Master which ensures a pressure of 20 atm. This allows for cutting nonferrous metals and reaching the highest quality. LC FO Master can be optionally equipped with an automatic gas console with CNC integrated interface which provides a remote control of gas inlets and a gas pressure, and monitors current system status. The console controls switching of a cutting gas type and sets its pressure automatically if materials are selected from the Library.
UniCut software
User-friendly and functional software plays a crucial role for laser cutting operations. It allows an operator to control the machine in the most effective way, prepare and upload cutting programs, as well as provide the module’s settings.
